About MAST Global

Equipping and mobilizing maritime missionaries globally

What is MAST Global?

Supporting
medical missions
through maritime training.
MAST Global was established in 2016 as a direct response to the need for a focused training program that serves by informing and engaging crew members in the basics of on-board safety, in addition to the fundamentals of seamanship for those involved with deck operations of the vessel. Our goal is to prepare crew and trainees with the skill set to carry them to whichever ministry vessel that they will serve aboard in the future. By training proficient mariners, the vessels in the fleet will continue to provide essential services and increase their reach globally.

Vision, Mission and Values

Every maritime missionary equipped to serve and mobilized to action.

To train, disciple and empower maritime missionaries, so they can fulfill their mission with excellence and improve the lives of individuals in the communities they serve. We pursue this mission through training, coaching, and crewing.

• We value excellence and integrity that glorifies God through the highest ministry standards and character.

• We value training that equips maritime missionaries.

• We value leadership that follows Jesus' example of servanthood.

• We value empowerment that encourages others to make a kingdom impact.

• We value culture, reaching others by walking in their shoes.

• We value innovation that is always looking to improve what we do.
